Planning/Synopsis:
After a long and disastrous war, the surface of the earth is practically unlivable. All the cities have been destroyed forcing humanity to find a new place to live. With space technology not yet up to par for mass colonization among the stars. The sea, having not been affected from the war, provides a perfect place for humanity to live. Having no other choice, humanity constructs great cities beneath the sea, and everything seems to return to normality. However, a group of disgruntled militia unhappy with the changes to civilization, try to sabotage the construction of other cities, and by doing so, come into conflict with the army. Faced with the possibility of a new war, a strike team of synthetic humans are dispatched to find the militias main base, dispatch their leaders and dismantle the militia in order to bring peace and prosperity to the world once more.
